Hiya.

Hi, I’m Hilary.

Welcome to Little Hills!

Little Hills is a little more than a play on my name.

It’s how I see and live my life.

Step-by-step achieving new things, and being more than I thought I could be.

Feeling ok.

Getting better at feeling.

And enjoying the journey.

I’m curious…

How would you describe your way of life right now?

Little Hills + YOU

I can help you with…

Helping physical ailments and niggles

Encouraging you to relax

Being more comfortable in your body

Overcoming obstacles

Challenging yourself

Getting mentally stronger and healthier

The different aspects of YOUR LIFE

All the aspects of YOU AS A PERSON too

Accepting and enjoying the wiggly nature of life (a constant straight road would be sooo boring anyway)

as the way we look at life and change impacts us so much

Making changes

that you can’t seem to do on your own

Learning tools

and tricks to help you manage the little obstacles and challenges

Discovering you, as you are now

eg. what you need to feel ok, want now and in your future, what’s your priority, motivation, your values, your strengths

Q - How do you see the Little Hills in your life??

Are you riding high and calm in the valley?

Working hard and taking time to rest?

A bit all over the show?

Going through the motions?

Feeling like you are standing still?

my journey

  • I had my 1st reflexology sessions back in 1996, and instantly loved it.

I found it relaxing, a tad sore at times and so energising that I ran the whole way home after my 4th session (about a mile)!

I felt FREE + SO ALIVE that day, I’ll never forget it.

It shifted something in me and lifted me out of feeling tired and fed up.

I truly believe in the power of our bodies and that they work for us, not against us.

We just need to listen a little more and take a little more care.

  • My yoga journey began in Brighton, UK, in 2000.

I loved how, after every class, I felt calm and more comfortable in my body.

    It eased my mind too.

And after 25 years, still does!

I have practised many types of yoga, done classes in gyms and dedicated yoga studios, been to retreats in Europe and India.

I am stronger and more flexible because of it.

I will always have yoga in my life.

It doesn’t dictate my life. It enhances it.

    Yoga grounds me.

And reminds me to breathe deeply and relax.

  • Coaching started transforming me back in 2019.

I was so intrigued at how a few questions posed by my coach, could really get me to think differently and to look at myself in a positive way.

The 18-months of training taught me so much about life and myself.

It took me as far out of my comfort zone as I’ve ever been. It was tough, I’m not going to lie!

    I kept going.

AND it was totally worth the effort.

    I have changed, for good.
